Why the text came

A screen beats a voice. Sometimes.

When you call a business that uses VoiceNiche, an automated assistant may answer. If booking, paying a deposit or sending a photo is easier on screen, it texts you a short link.

  • Links only go to pages the business has approved in advance.
  • Nobody can make a VoiceNiche link from a public website.
  • We never ask you to reply to a text with passwords or card details.
  • If a link has expired, you’ll still see who sent it and how to call them.
